Commercial Carpenter/Working Foreman:

• Experience in reading architectural plans
• Experience required in: wood and metal stud framing, acoustical ceiling and commercial door and hardware installation
  

CDL Driver/Heavy Equipment Operator:

• Experience in reading architectural project plans
• Experience required with: excavators, dozers, tri-axle dump trucks - must have Class A CDL

Mason/Working Foreman:

• Experience in reading architectural project plans
• Experience required in all applications of block and concrete installation

All Employment Positions will be offered:

• Hourly rate based on experience and expertise in their particular field
• Full single benefits (health, dental and vision after 90 days of full-time employment)
• Holiday pay (immediate)
• Vacation pay (after one year of employment)

All Employees must:

• Work well with customers and co-workers and be able to work with minimal supervision
  
• Perform tasks from start to finish in an orderly manner and timely manner
• Communicate between employer and customer to accomplish necessary tasks
• Give proper instructions to co-workers and follow through with them as needed
• Be prepared daily with necessary tools to perform the task at hand
• Daily setup and cleanup of the job site
• Maintain job organization (tools and materials)
• Ensure that all required safety measures on-site are in place and adhered to at all times

All Employees are required to:

• Review and sign a Company Safety Policy and PA Drug free Workplace Agreement
• Submit to a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and agree to a be placed in an employee random drug testing pool
• Have a current(clean) PA driver’s license and transportation to and from work
